"Just got back from Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan and wow — what a trip. The wife and I had a good time the whole stay. The staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming, always smiling and going out of their way for you. Rooms were clean, drinks kept flowing, and the beach was beautiful. Perfect adults-only getaway. Highly recommend."

"All the staff were amazing! The airport shuttle was great to and from the airport. We were welcomed with mimosas at check in. The property and room was very clean. They cleaned the hotel constantly! The AC was amazing in our room! That’s a must for me! They kept our fridge stocked with water, soda and beer. The swim up pool bartenders were excellent! They knew every drink to make and were so quick. They are very well trained and fun! The buffet serving staff was exceptional! They knew our drinks when we would come in and bring them to our table When seating us! The service and staff was my personal highlight and best part of the trip for me! We went to the theater shows (great performances), attended the nightclub (was fun but kind of small, very crowded, only had 2 bartenders so long wait times, and it was very hot in there-need more AC), my husband loved the seadoo rental (staff was excellent and the video and pictures were awesome), we loved the swim up bars and loved the Oceanside view in our room. We watched the gorgeous sunrise every morning from our balcony and went to the beach to watch it our last day there. Truly breathtaking! The onsite gift shop was nice. Didn’t have my clothes size but good variety for others m. I bought several souvenirs and clothes for family. Wished had more snack variety. We met so many amazing people and had the best time! I will recommend this place to everyone and we are definitely coming back!"
