"1人で約5日間滞在しました。部屋が新しくて綺麗でした。個人的にいちばん嬉しかったのは洗濯機と浴室乾燥があり、さらに干す為のハンガーと吊り下げの洗濯バサミがあったことです。駅も近く、坂も少ないため大きなスーツケースで移動するのも苦ではありませんでした。近くに商店街があり、薬局やコンビニ、飲食店も豊富です。騒音もなく、苦にならない程度の人通りがあるところのすぐ近くなので治安もよく、夜でも安心して外を歩くことが出来ました。壁床が薄目なので大きな音を立てると響きやすいこと、チェックインの時部屋の鍵が入っている箱を見つけるのに手間取ったこと、玄関が狭いのが少し注意点です。 欠点を含めても、値段以上の質が担保されていると感じました。 品川周辺で用事がある時はまた利用したいです。"

"Great location, close to a train station, convenient store, restaurants. The unit was small but functional for the two of us for six nights. The place was a little dirty. I had to vacuum, swiffer the floors, and scrub the bathtub on the first day. Other than that, it was good."

"My boyfriend and I (both 18) stayed here for 9 days during our trip to Japan and had a great experience. The space was small, but it had everything we needed. The futon bed was comfortable, and we really appreciated having a balcony and access to a washer. It was about a 10-minute walk to the train station, which made getting around super convenient. "This is a small apartment. Fully set up for a stay, including cooking, washer dryer, small refrigerator. All direction for use is in Japanese. Easy walk to Kokubunji train station. Lots of good shopping. Small convenience st I re close by. Unless you are comfortable with dealing with ll anguage issues in the apartment, I would suggest a "regular" hotel."

"This property does have all the essential even with a kitchenette and washing machine. The room is clean. Very small. The mattress is very thin, prepare for a hard bed to sleep! We only stayed for one night, so it was ok. Staff communicated well with email for what was required before giving the self check in information. "
