"I really enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel. Its an airport hotel, so the main benefit is the closeness to Haneda airport and there's a shuttle to get you to the airport (but not from the airport to the hotel). Its a very quick (<2 min) walk from the nearest train station to the hotel. The rooms were large (esp for Japan), and well appointed. Check in and out were easy. I would definitely go back, especially if I had a late night entry to Haneda or an early exit from Japan. Would recommend."

"The room had a good view over the area. It was practical and a decent size for the area and type of hotel. There are tons of restaurants and shops near the hotel and great links to Haneda airport. The staff were always friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was so clean from all the public spaces to the rooms. The staff were so polite and friendly. There was always someone ready to assist guests. The only change I would suggest would be to turn down the frequency and amount that the scent machine sprays in the elevators as there are many people who are sensitive to strong scents.
