"No room cleaning and had to ask for clean towels "

"Very disappointed in our stay here. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean but if I knew the restaurant and bar was no longer available, I wouldn’t have booked here. Check in is at 3pm and some of my friends couldn’t get in their rooms until after 5pm, the water slide was broken apart and not available, and the restaurant/bar was closed which was the only reason i booked here as we had a large group. We had to do the most just to be able to be together and then got talked to about a noise complaint after spending $800 for our group to stay there. I usually love this place but I won’t be back until the restaurant opens."

"Food was great for breakfast. Balcony was a disarray and the metal was broken on the side. Room was clean. Service was great. "

"I don’t really necessarily stay for the breakfast menu, but it was average to above average. As typical hotels due today, the orange juice dispenser was set so that it was basically a little orange flavored water. There were no children’s cereals like Froot Loops or apple jacks or frosted flakes. There was golden grams and Cheerios I believe. I honestly don’t have any complaints because the place was great and the staff was wonderful that I interacted with. The hotel is fairly new and beautiful colors. Very modern. I did not do anything with the pool and did not even see it so I can’t say anything about that. Thank God it’s a hotel with no carpet in the rooms. I hate hotel rooms that are carpeted because you never know what you’re walking on. I would definitely recommend this for anybody stopping by in that area. "

"Clean room, don’t count on breakfast, no closets, fridges aren’t cold, absolutely no water pressure, water temp changes on its own, very firm beds, duvet cover that doesn’t stay on."

"Family met and stayed there for a graduation. Location was good for ceremony and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the bar for a late evening gathering spot. Breakfast at Wolfgang Puck was good and reasonably priced."
