"This cozy unit was overall very good. Host immediately responded to questions prior to my say. The unit was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. I had three concerns, two of which were in the bathroom. I was unable to get the water temp adjusted in the shower and the hot/cold water in sink were reversed. My third concern was the neighborhood. I felt save in the unit but I would have had concerns walking the neighborhood streets after dark. That said it was still an overall...

"This is a nice property. Unfortunately, there was miscommunication with maintenance and our spot wasn’t ready upon arrival. However, management was onsite made it right by switching us to a different space on the same property and was pretty quick about it. They must have been replacing the roof during our stay so it was noisy but not at night. There are bright lights on outside that bedroom window. Overall, it was a good stay and we’d stay there again. "The room was great. Very nice, stylish and clean. Nice balcony in front. Bars and restaurants very close. Comfy bed, big fridge and nice bathroom. They also have a laundry room in the building and laundry soap was in our room to use. The downside...a long flight of stairs to get to the room. GREAT PLACE!"

"This house was the perfect place for my family and I to stay in while visiting family in Zephyrhills! It can be a bit tricky getting out of the driveway since this house sits on a busier road, but it’s completely doable. The pool in the back was just icing on the cake! My kids enjoyed it immensely! The entire pool area is enclosed in a screened porch making it so nice to enjoy in the evenings. We will definitely look to stay here again!"

"WiFi and television did not operate. One bath towel in bathroom hanging over shower curtain rod. Towel wet, possibly used by previous occupant. Called Vrbo, you contacted host, reported to me he would take care of everything in 10 mins. Five hours later no one came to take care of issues. I left 10:30 pm: pitch black outside, moved to Hampton Inn. Vrbo offered no assistance that accomplished anything in following days."
