"My wife I just got back from a week here. From check in to check out, the staff at Pacifica made us feel welcome the entire time. The level of hospitality, by the entire staff, is first class. Rooms are updated and very clean. I would encourage everyone to upgrade to the Towers and butler service. We had the privilege of having Rodrigo and Itamar as our butlers and they truly made our stay one of ease and cannot begin to tell you how great the level of service was. The waiters at the pool are attentive and make sure you are taken care of while lounging. The restaurants at Pacifica are great. Wide selection on the menu and we didn’t have a bad meal. We really enjoyed Siempre. Whether it was Sunday brunch, weekly breakfast, lunch or dinner, the food there did not disappoint. Take advantage of the restaurants on the other resorts by making use of the shuttle service. You have to go to Sunset first to get to Rose and Blanco or get a taxi for $20. At. Blanco, I would recommend Cilantros. The food is great and the view is just as good. If you are looking for an adult only resort that has quiet evenings and laid back days, Pacifica is for you. We are already planning our next trip to the resort and can’t wait to get back."
