"Der Ferienpark ist super gepflegt, es gibt viele Spielplätze und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Personal auf dem gesamten Gelände ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und wurde den Möglichkeiten entsprechend gereinigt. Allerdings bemerkt man schnell, dass hier schon viele Familien mit Kindern Urlaub gemacht haben: Flecken und Macken an den Tapeten und auf den Teppichböden im Wohn- und Schlafbereich. "We bought the location. But of course hoped for a nice hotel too. The pictures weren’t bad. In reality it’s dull, tight, incommodious, and we had a broken piece of furniture. Very clean though, with a nice coffee smell (but no way to have a coffee unless you go out or did not forget to fill in and submit a breakfast form last night, given that the nearest cafes are closed till noon). Next time in Oybin, we will choose a different place, sorry"

"Das Zittauer Gebirge ist immer ein Top Reiseziel. Allerdings wirkte unser Zimmer im Anbau sehr abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sauberkeit ist aber deswegen trotzdem sehr gut. Möbel und Auslegware sind in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war sehr gut. "

"Great views, cool crisp air, good food and service, nice trails nearby...just refreshing. We really enjoyed the overall great hospitality. Highlights: the shower is amazing, the bathroom looks newly renovated and they had an elevator. No real downside other than I thought the bed was too firm but that's personal preference."
