"This is our hotel of choice in London. The location is convenient to everything. The staff are always wonderful and helpful. The hotel has all the necessary amenities including a nice executive lounge with a nice breakfast and light snacks and happy hour. The gym is well equipped and quite spacious. I’m already looking forward to my return next year."

"Pool was freezing ruined my daughters birthday trip staff did not seem to care and stood around talking in the spa area after being told we could'nt use the pool as it was too busy but when we got through there were 2 people in it! No doubt because the pool was so cold. "
