"It is reasonably well located in the city. The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Towels were small. Air con was a bit tricky to control. Breakfast was a self serve nightmare with a limited mix of packaged foods, a single coffee machine for a large crowd. You pay by the item with a self serve machine which is not easy to navigate. A bossy person is there to help but is actually quite rude in doing so. This model of breakfast was NOT made clear on the Expedia site. Most of the public spaces are painted black and rather poorly lit."

Views over Rotterdam from the room are AMAZING!! you could happily sit by the window & watch time go by, but exploring central Rotterdam is a must. Staff are very welcoming & accommodating. "Beautiful hotel in a quiet, scenic part of the city. The number 9 tram takes you from the Hague central directly to a stop across from the hotel. Hop on that tram again and get to the beach in about 10 minutes. There's a nice grocery store about a 15 minute walk along the canal and through an authentic Dutch residential area. A couple of points: to get on/off public transit requires scanning your bank or credit card. Had I known this in advance, I might have brought a card for transit use only. Also, there's major construction occurring immediately out the back of the hotel. If you're sightseeing during the day, this isn't an issue. BUT, if you're hoping to relax in your room during the day, this might be an issue. "
