"Check in was easy. Hotel is in a great location, so close to Duomo, shopping and great places to eat. There’s a nice coffee shop with a great cappuccino right across the street. We arrived by car, but decided to park in a bigger parking lot fifteen min away. Our room for four people was spacious and it was great to have an air conditioning in a hot July. The room was clean and bathroom was nice. There was some street noice at night, but in no fault of the hotel. Would come back again. "

"I have been to a lot of hotels but I have never seen customer service as the one provided by Julia! She is the hotel’s greatest asset. Attentive to our needs, proactive, and genuine. The room is modern and I had a good night’s sleep. There is a family owned restaurant/pizzeria nearby, Le Staglione. You should not miss it if you are in for authentic Italian food. I will definitely recommend and I will be back if I am in the Florence area again."

"Great place. Peaceful spot. Abudance of parking within the property. Fantastic views from the particular, spacoius room. Loved the Florentine decor. The swimming pool needs attention, that would be the one, negligiblesore point. Dinner at dusk, is amazing. Generous portion. Strongly recommended."
