"Everything was really good, from the initial greeting at check-in to the efficiency of the check-out. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was the bass noise coming from the club next door. While this is not the fault of the hotel, it was difficult to get to sleep on our final night. Very clean and comfortable room. "Description of the room is not accurate. Rooms are very dated and not well maintained at all. We booked a Twin room and a deluxe Triple room. The Triple room hardly had any walking space, definitely not what was shown in the pictures. Rug is dirty, no housekeeping done at all. There is no shower curtain provided so the toilet floor is constantly wet and no floor mat is provided. Had to ask for more towels so can be used to soak up the water else will be dangerous for elderly guests. Even then,...
