"The hotel uses self checkin but when I had an issue, a lady immediately came to help. Although she didn’t speak any English, she immediately called an interpreter service and we were able to take care of the administrative things. Room was spacious, good AC, tv, water boiler and even hair dryer. Bed was comfortable too. Overall, it was great value for money and service was outstanding given that I don’t speak any Korean. "
