"Spent 8 nights in England. Poplars was my fave of the 5 places we stayed. That was due to staff. Though my train left before (free) breakfast, they left food for us the night before and provided fresh coffee in the morning. Meant a lot to us. Close to all points of interest but a bit of walk from train station. Cheap uber rides available. Great pick to be near Lincoln Castle."

"Booked here for a trip to Nottingham (as prices in the City itself were prohibitive). Located by rail and tram stops, the Hotel was ideal for my purpose, and an affordable price. Welcoming and frienly staff. Excellent pub food with a great range of local ales on offer. Basic room and facilities suitable for my visit and fairly reflected in the price. I found the bed a little uncomfortable but thats probably just down to personal preferences, so all-in-all an excellent base for my stay."

"31 Castle Gate gave us a very clean and comfortable 2 night stay . Private and quiet accommodation clear instruction re parking facilities. Easy access to shops, cafe and relaxing meal/ drink in the evening sat by the canal. Initial access wasn't granted by the code given but a very quickly answered call gave us access for the stay. Thank you to Daniel - very helpful and he also checked in with us to make sure access was ok . Would use the accommodation again . "

"The accommodation was perfect, really spacious and clean. Great parking. Modern and fresh decor. Close to Clumber Park, which was the reason we stopped there. The only negative thing was that the shower was luke warm, I mentioned this to a neighboring visitor who said hers was the same. I was only there for 2 nights so coped but it wasn't pleasant as I felt cold in the shower. It has been capped at that temp so needs upping a bit to make a more pleasurable experience for guests. Had I...
