Great location. Modern, updated rooms. To be sure, this is a small, limited service hotel. Staff is friendly, location is great, comfy bed, modern (small) bathroom. It worked great for us.

We had 4 great nights at the VIP. So close to the heart of Siena. The accommodations were sensational. When we come back, we will do VIP again!

Lets be clear, this is a castle. If you want the four seasons stay there. if you want to stay at a very cool castle where you can wander around, cool rooms, walkways, gardens, dungeon and have wine tasting to top it off then this is the place to be. the views from every window was amazing. the staff was helpful, the grounds were well kept and the rooms very large. the breakfast was amazing. Beautiful place to stay. Had some difficulties finding the place , but it's very cozy

This was one of the best places to stay with two young children. There was so much for them to do and we all loved the pool with splash pad. The farm, the playground, the grounds… everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

Very nice and modern suite/studio with one big room having bed and Jacuzzi and a separate bathroom.

Beautiful place, located in the old city, near all interesting places in the town. Beautiful building!

About as perfect as one could imagine. Our room was an ancient building updated to a very comfortable one bedroom apartment. Suitable for any special occasion like a honeymoon, anniversary, etc. Be sure to have dinner on the property, it is an event on its own. A simple 10 does not give this property justice, it deserves much higher.

Super easy and quick check in at the store next to the apartment. It’s a walk up so was a bit of a challenge to get all our luggage upstairs but the guy who checked us in (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) but he was so lovely and helpful, offering to take some bags himself.
