We loved this place and it was by far the best place we stayed during our time in Italy. The property is breathtaking and the service/staff is amazing. All the food we had was phenomenal and fresh. The wine is to die for. This is the type of place that is so good that you almost don’t want to tell people about it to keep it secret. Hope to be back again someday.

This hotel is well situated for all the major attractions and venues in the area south of Florence. We enjoyed the property and breakfast was excellent!

Stained here at the end of an eight day trip around Italy. This hotel was head and shoulders above the others I visited, it is a boutique hotel of seven rooms. Our room was a suite. It was bigger than many apartments, with a large living room with daybed, a beautiful master bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower with jets overhead as well as side jets, ample closet storage, fridge, and safe. Perfect location for a stay in Siena. It is literally next to the Duomo. The B&B suggested we use a valet parking lot outside of the city, which worked out perfectly. We were dropped off right next to the property, picked up on time at the end of the trip, and did not have to lug our bags through town. In addition to the location, the property itself was lovely. Beautiful property with large rooms, parlors, great staff, great restaurant, etc. We arrived late and the kitchen was closed, but they made one call and re-opened it for us and served an amazing meal with late night enthusiasm on a beautiful deck. The rooms were large, nice baths and very comfortable beds. This hotel is right outside the back of the church. A Pope once lived in it back in the 16th century. What is great is the location & convenience. There is a little noise from all the tourists walking buy, but not an issue when sleeping at night. It‘s a tiny place - i think it has 7 rooms, so don‘t expect much selection for breakfast. Sienna is beautiful and I will definitely stay here the next time I am in town.
