"If you’re looking for a bed to sleep in this is a great budget motel but if you’re looking to enjoy your holiday this is not the place. There is no breakfast or cafe as advertised and there are no food options around. I paid extra for a pool access room which was just a veranda area and the pool was down the other end. I do not recommend this place if you want to enjoy your stay. "

"This was great value. Just stayed 1 night when our hotel was full. It was about 750 baht a night, one of the cheapest, we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was large, at the back with a view of palm trees and jungle but on the main road so near everything. Bed big and comfy, fridge, good air con and shower gel and soap. Would stay again"

"The first room had no outside space and there was a wall covering any kind of view. The second room was small but better light. Very noisy neighbours having pre drinks before heading out for the evening. "

"A little apprehensive when we first approached and checked in. But that soon went away when we went into our mini apartment. It was great and in fantastic condition. We stayed in the Viva property which im guessing was quite new. Staff were super friendly. Value for momey was extremely good."
