"On the positive side, the staff were all nice and I really appreciated the early breakfast. On the negative side, the property feels old and run down. You can tell they've tried to update the rooms a little with LVT flooring and new bathroom counters, but it still feels old and worn overall."

One of our favorite experiences was walking just a couple of steps from the back of the house to the canyon river. Absolutely gorgeous. Check in and check out were easy and our kids had so much fun sharing a room with bunk beds! Oh did I mention the gorgeous sunsets?"

"We were absolutely overjoyed to discover this beautiful gem for our stay in the Mancos area. The location is idyllic - open plain surrounded by beautiful sunrises and dramatic, photo worthy sunsets. The home is beautifully renovated, the beds and pillows are comfortable, everything is clean and in working order (and the wifi works!). The best Air B&B we have ever stayed in. Definitely returning to this charming and affordable gem."
