"This was my 3rd brief stay.Each time,I have been welcomed & made to feel my visit matters to reception & waiting & bar staff. The room is chosen to protect me from the live music in the bar ,as I have requested .The rooms are very clean even if the carpet is a bit well -trodden.As a woman on my own, I have felt comforted by the friendly & helpful attitudes of everyone i have come across during my stays. "Hotel is very run down, we waited at the reception for a bit before being seen to! Hallway and stairs are in need of a good clean and paint! Very run down. Room was freezing, no heating on. Damp on windows and ceiling and that was supposed to be a refurbished room! Needless to say we didn’t stay and left straight away! Out of pocket. Light fitting in hall hanging down from ceiling (dangerous). Hallway hadn’t even been hoovered. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL!!! "

"Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come back!"
