The staff is so incredible, helped us get our very heavy luggage up the stairs, provided a map and spent time with us marking out all the best places to go nearby. Reception staff was super helpful (especially Nadia): they reached out before our arrival with instructions, provided restaurant recommendations, updated museum scheules (for the Easter weekend). Breakfast was simple but plenty and coffee is delicious and made fresh to order. Perfect place for short stays!"
