Our patio area was under construction which was a little disappointing, but it’s nothing that would keep me from staying again. The beach access is directly across the street which is a major plus. "Very nice condo. It is in need of updates to all bathroooms. Otherwise, kitchen was great. Had everything you could need—including an electric griddle! High marks for that. Golf cart up to date and very nice. Beds very comfortable. Adjacent to nice pool. Did not hear any boise from the pool. Beach chairs and beach towels there were very nice too. "

"It was perfect nice clean room, nice clean gym, ice small laundry room. Guests are quiet or walls are super sound proof! Two minor things. Parking is tight for large trucks, and the AC is loud when it turns on and off. If you are a light sleeper you might mind."

"The property was dirty, we had to clean prior to our stay. There was dirty laundry on the floor in the downstairs bathroom, apparently the tenant on the property was using the laundry room. The bathroom had trash in the can, toilets unclean dead bugs all over. Trash on the upstairs balcony, was not what we expected to encounter for the price we paid"
