"The room and private bathroom were clean. The gentleman helped me carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. He also met me at check in which made it very easy (no one is there 24/7). I was there just one night, but it was close to the Duomo square and the pedestrian shopping district. Highly recommend for those not wanting a high end hotel, but still wanting 5 star service!! "

"Everything about this property is five stars, the staff and service the breakfast the cleanliness, the rooms and the views. The only criticism I have is that the parking is a bit expensive and it’s offsite."
