We had a wonderful experience here. Check in was very easy and smooth. The location was right in the city center which allowed for easy site seeing and walking to food/shopping. There is a cable car a short walk away that takes you to the beaches. The hosts were very nice and helped us with booking a car. This felt very safe as you had multiple keys to get access into the building and the room. I feel a solo traveler would be very safe with this hotel.

The staff was wonderful. They even met us at the square and navigated our car up into their parking area. They just went over and above doing anything they could for us! The cottage was roomy, decorated nicely and super clean. The staff brought us anything we needed and even let me know when the spa was ready after it went down for 15 minutes. This place was insane! Top notch customer service, location, views, and all amenities. I would highly encourage anyone to stay here as the views from the patio are absolutely beautiful. The entire apartment was very clean brand new with everything that you possibly would need.
