"This hotel provided me with a fantastically located place to stay whilst attending a nearby wedding. Situated within a gorgeous looking building the hotel makes use of its period features without giving a dated impression. The room I stayed in was spotless and had everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Being in the city centre was also another major positive as it meant I could arrive into Hereford by train and walk to the hotel. Hotel staff were also unendingly polite...

"The hotel car park is on a first come basis. We are a motorcycle club, and use the feathers for our annual rally. We were concerned that on our return to the hotel our parking spaces would be lost. Accepting that motorcycles are more susceptible to damage when on a public park, the management kindly reserved an area for which we were very grateful. "

"Nice older building. Despite the nicks, dings, old furnishings, and imperfections the hotel has a very nice atmosphere. Additionally, the staff are all exceptionally nice. I suggest visiting the bar if you enjoy a nice quiet conversation with a pint. There was a great selection of beers. I would highly recommend a visit to the Great Malvern Priory church. I'm not religious but the building is beautiful and packed with history. Unfortunately, there is some not so great items to note. The...
