"Really nice room in a lovely coaching inn. Quality bedding , towels etc. comfy bed. Booked & prepaid thru Hotels.com and when we arrived we were a little taken aback to be charged an extra £20 for our little dog. It would have been nice to have known about this extra fee beforehand as it came as a bit of a shock , I didn’t get any reply from accommodation following my messaging them & also leaving a telephone message to say we’re bringing our dog. Other than that , a good stay. "

"There were snafus with the check in. The customer service helped me well but it was a delay in 30 or so minutes to access our two units. The place wasn't cleaned on a certain schedule which is challenging and then you run out of garback bags and toilet paper. It's a great spot for business, and closeness to things like grocery and pubs. I'll stay again for sure. It's a really nice flat for what it is. "

"The staff were wonderful, and the location can't be beat. We unwound each night with a half-pint on the beautiful terrace that is set along the riverbank. The building is a lovely old hodge-podge of levels. We were at the top of it, which involves a stairs-climb that could be hard for some. There is ample parking (very welcome!). "Certain members of staff stood out from the others and made our stay more enjoyable. There were a couple of issues with lighting in the room but it didn't spoil our stay.A special mention for Becka , she was on breakfast duty every morning of our stay her welcoming smile and conversation was infectious."
