"Short stay as we had an early flight out in the morning. Straightforward check in and out and a takeaway breakfast as we were leaving too early for the main dining room. Short walk too and from the airport so ideally located. Very comfortable room."

"Room size adequate, clean, staff friendly, breakfast buffet delicious. Right in the heart of the London attractions, this is the second time we have stayed there, and would stay again in future!!"

"A really handy stop off on the way to the coast to an event. Easy parking, clean room and bathroom, comfy bed plus lovely staff! As we arrived later in the day we decided to eat in the pub next door.. the food was basic but OK. The breakfast was also served in the pub and at both meals the staff were really welcoming and helpful. I would stay again if I was in the area overnight."

"Parking was free, easy and secure, staff were really helpful at all times, we managed to check in early and staff helped with an issue I had with my car when leaving. The rooms were big and although dated were generally clean, we slept well and did not hear much noise from the road outside or other rooms. We were on the 7th floor and the views were great. "Excellent stay at the hotel with adequate facilities including a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. The cosy double room was tight getting around the bed. Location was fantastic with only an 8 minute walk to the tube station. Staff were friendly and helpful with any requests. Yes I would use this hotel again."

"Room was good. Small, but we expected that. We moved to this hotel from another budget hotel in the area where we had a bad experience. Assembly was much better. Our only complaint was the bed was not very comfortable and after a long few days traveling, it would have been nice to have a great mattress to sleep on. Especially given how small the rooms are. All in all, not bad!"

"We stayed in room 922, while a lovely spacious quiet room, there were a few issues. Green flashing light above bed, which goes off all through the night. Asked reception 3 times to sort, eventually they covered this. The access door to the room, whenever opened it made a air sooking noise that we could hear - staff/guests opened this door for no reason. It would be good if a sign was on saying no access etc. We had to ask for the tea/coffee/milk to be replenished as it was not done so...
