We stayed in a studio apartment which was very comfortable. It had a private bathroom, little kitchen, a small balcony with table and chairs for morning coffee. The building is in a great location for walking around Funchal as well as near a parking garage. Highly recommend!

Everyone at the staff has been very helpful to me. They made arrangements for me to extend my stay even under somewhat difficult conditions. I’m a happy guy and I like the location is central and you can get to the bus terminal the cable car and the old city with no problem. Mike

We had a great holiday. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to suggest activities and excursions. The room was comfortable and clean, The location was great and close to numerous restaurants. If I ever come back to Funchal, Madeira, I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a perfect location for a stay in Madiera. Nice view, free parking, and all the amenities anyone could want in the room. So many thoughtful extras like wine, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, washing machine and drying rack, etc. I would definitely stay again.

Property was immaculate. Great views. Customer service responded quickly. Having a kitchen on site, parking, decent size fridge/freezer and coffee machine… all big bonuses. Only downside was the laundry machine and dryers were very small and even after drying for an hour our clothes were still wet. Overall, I would stay again but don’t depend on the laundry facilities being fast. 😅

This is an amazing place for those who wish to explore the north coast of Madeira and stay in a very comfortable, quiet setting. The service and attentiveness of the staff here is top notch, and you can have all the privacy that you desire. Breakfast is very good and if you want Theresa to prepare dinner for you then you just let her know ahead (that morning) and you will not regret it! Previous reviews are for the old place (before renovation), so I didn't know what to expect.. but I was pleasantly surprised. The place is amazing. Nice, subtle design, very helpful staff, good location.. The pool on the roof is heated (so they say, but I guest they mean with solar panels). In the end of october it was 25 degrees and water was around 22.

This property is charming. The rooms are very comfortable. The bed is comfortable and housekeeping does an excellent job. My room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast that is included was delicious. A nice variety of breakfast foods. Natalie does not speak very much English so it is hard to communicate but send a message through the Expedia app and you get an immediate response. We had such a lovely stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. We were on the island for Funchal Marathon weekend and this place was perfect for the marathon start, as it was about a 3-min walk. We loved Madeira, and we really liked this hotel. Loads of food options around, a 30min walk to Funchal itself, and a car park about 3mins up the road. We used the car to explore more of the island, and this was a great base. We would happily stay here again as it was great.

This is a lovely quinta in a gorgeous setting. The hotel receptionist/waitress was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. The room was big and comfortable.
