"A great hotel within walking distance to the glaciers. The overall hotel is peaceful and surrounded by raw beauty. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms comfortable and clean. The restaurant was outstanding and we had a great dinner and breakfast during our visit. Ample parking available. My only regret is we didn't stay for an extra night at the hotel. Would highly recommend visiting Hotel Skaftafell! "
