"We arrived at this hotel and were assigned a teeny tiny room that in no way represented the photo in the booking. I have stayed in larger and nicer RVs. The hotel itself is a massive misrepresentation of the actual quality. The photos they use are nothing like the experience that you arrive at. There are no high end design elements. The tiny rooms which most people stay in are an absolutely shameful quality. The staff is unhelpful.

"Washer/dryer combo was difficult to use. One load took forever to finish. Despite setting the dryer at a lower temp, the dryer got so so hot you almost burned your hands getting the clothes out."

"Very large place, with full refrigerator, stove and microwave - even has a washer and dryer. Heating is in the floor, so slow to adjust to the temperature you want, but calling the property management was helpful in trouble-shooting what we should do to get the place cooler (in September!). Walkable to the new old town section and right across the street from a Netto. Very handy location."

Other than that it was lacking in amenities. The property description did not clearly advise that guests must share a bathroom with those in three other rooms in the same hallway. Also the water was sulfur water and smelled like eggs. There was no blow dryer or any body wash or shampoo."
