"Some staff is really helpful while some can test your patience. I asked 1 of the receptionist to get me a towel as I was going into pool. She did not do anything until I went in, came back and asked her where's the towel. Then she sent someone. Her effort for this and other day for trying to my find something I left a day before was also pathetic. I explained everything, showed the photo. Yet after I got another call asking about same thing. Funny enough they never got back to me about it. When...

"Not very clean at all, no soap to wash our hands. The shower head was in need of a good clean, full of limescale. Towels were ripped and need replacing. The man who checked us in was lovely and there is lots around. The photos make it look a lot nicer than it actually is."

"The air conditioning barely worked, we had no hot water the whole trip, one of the beds you could feel the springs, there was a rooster that was very loud everyday, the villa looked a lot better online."
