Clean hotel, with small cafe at reception and a Mediterranean theme restaurant with opening for breakfast and lunch. Housekeeping and maintenance need to up their game here. Housekeeping: the iron in my room had a broken plug with wires exposed! Asked for a replacement, that too had a broken plug! "We arrived around 3am and we're very tired. I did inform late arrival to hotel before hand through hotels.com message service. Man in reception was slow and told us, that he has better room for us, than we booked. Later we found out that it was not. We had worst room. Bathroom ceiling was mold, carpets were dirty, chair's looked like never been washed etc. We need money back as we paid better room. Other personnel was very friendly "

Trotz täglicher Reinigung und sehr stark parfümierter Reinigungsmittel blieb der unangenehme Geruch bestehen. Das Personal hatte teilweise Schwierigkeiten mit Englisch, sodass unsere Wünsche nicht immer richtig verstanden wurden. Manchmal wurde etwas anderes gebracht als das, was wir angefragt hatten.
