While it's gorgeous, and someone named Claudia was really helpful and good at communication leading up to the stay, and I really loved the owner Antonio, I had an unfortunate experience. My clothes were stuck in their washer sopping wet at nearly 9pm, and I was to leave the next morning. They needed to lay out to dry overnight. Wonderful, beautiful property! The rooms are immaculate and nicely decorated. Breakfast is bountiful with wonderful homemade tarts, breads, frittatas. Do not miss dining in the restaurant for dinner. We had several dinners among the best of our 3 week trip to Italy. The staff is very professional, friendly and passionate about their job. Thank you Vito and Caterina for going above and beyond expectations and making our stay one I will never forget. We are already planning our return.

Outstanding! Real Gem in Italy. Exceptional service, indescribable views, place really taken care of... You feel the owners touch in every corner. Breakfast was perfect, a lot to choose from. Really anything you can ever ask for. I am from New York and pretty spoiled with food. But this hotel serves solid quality and delishes food. I would come back in a heart beat. The pictures posted the on line do not do any justice to this place. It's really incredible.

Great little Boutique hotel. Outside the walls of the old city but an easy and short walk into town.Street parking is plentiful. Hotel is clean, upgraded, with quirky decorating that is tasteful. Rooms are small but well appointed. Staff was extremely nice, professional and accommodating . Be aware no elevator. Loved San Quirico d’Orcia. Smaller mountaintop town, highly walkable , not overrun by tourists but the same charm, history and leisure options as the larger towns in Tuscany.
