"We booked the room, due to holding an event in the rum warehouse. It was exceptional from the staff to the amazing communication nothing was at fault. The breakfast is hot and fresh with lots on offer. Thank you to Chloe, Daisy, Sas and the rest of the team your customer service is amazing. Not forgetting the rest of the staff groups. Sadly we didn’t get to sample the spa but guests who we bumped into said how gorgeous it was. Hopefully see you all soon. Natalie & Andrew Smith"

"We stayed at The Baltic Hotel for one night as part of a birthday trip to Liverpool and it was brilliant from start to finish. The room was really comfortable — exactly what you want after a full day in the city. What makes this place special though is the music memorabilia throughout. As a music lover it was a joy to take it all in, and it gave the hotel a real character and identity that you don't get at a standard chain. The staff were genuinely great — friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent too, well worth staying in for. And the views. We had a brilliant outlook over the city — you can see the Radio City Tower and the cathedral from the upper floors on a clear day. Stunning on a sunny morning. Would stay again without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Liverpool — especially if you love music and want somewhere with a bit of soul."
