"The food was very good at the restaurants and their staff was nice. My only complaint was our “resort” view room had a view only of 2 bushes. It was a let down since the resort is so beautiful."

"Call before booking.. pool is already broke and it was the only reason we reserved it (bad back).. then at the time of booking it shows a bathtub.. we get to the room no bathtub either.. they said the room I booked didn't have one but I still have screenshots of it showing in the room .. they would not refund me what I paid and cancel my room... They would only give free food.. I demanded something if I was forced to stay there.. I explained they should update their web page and tell people...
