"Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely verandah with an ocean view. Easily walkable to shops, restaurants and cafes. Very enjoyable overnight stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly."

"We had rented the cottage and loved it for privacy and convenient parking. It made handling the bags easy. There wasn’t a restaurant or any food included, but the recommended nearby restaurants turned out to be a delightful experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Just make sure to arrive before 5:30 PM as we were left with the understanding that staff were gone after that time. "

"I stayed here for one night and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The bedroom was comfortable, spacious and clean. Check-in was very easy, with instructions and comms sent earlier in the day.
The location is not waterfront but very close, and walkable to the main shops. "

Very helpful owner who gave us lots of useful local info.
Easy walking distance to the centre of town.
Convenient car access (about1.5hrs) to the 12 Apostles by the B100. "

"Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. "
