we just spent 5 days at Quadrifolio, and it was a great experience. The hotel is an old open courtyard manor that was converted into 7 or 8 rooms. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds, a nice shower, and bathroom amenities. The bathroom isn't air conditioned, but wasn't a huge problem for our group. The hotel staff cleans the room at every turn, and the entire group is so attentive. We made friends with the 7 or so forward facing staff, and they made the experience that much better....

This place is like being in a dream. You enter and you’re greeted by two of the sweetest, hardworking, and locally educated assistants whom live in a small attached segment to the house. They brought us fresh squeezed lemonade, water to our rooms while we toured the house, and were a major help at almost all times of the day and night even thought they were off the clock. Privado was so cute and safe to stay inside the walled city. It is a must to stay here, it is walkable to everything. The best thing is that the walls are sound proof so you are able to sleep in and any noise or party going on outside you won’t hear. Staff is so sweet and so helpful with restaurants ect around the area. You are a short 5-7 min walk to the clock tour and downtown area. I will be returning back and staying at privado with my family.

Corona Island is an absolute paradise! 🌴 A beautiful beach with crystal-clear waters and white sand, surrounded by mangroves and exotic wildlife, including the cutest little monkeys. 🐒 The entire staff provided excellent service, the meals were included, and the food was absolutely delicious. The resort is a great mix - daytrippers come in by boat in the AM, party until 3 pm; VIP party private boats party until 4:30; after, the resort is very peaceful and romantic. The property is very new, only about a month old so the facility is decorated very beautifully. The staff were amazing, very helpful, friendly, and always gave great suggestions. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was tasty. Favorite part, aside from the wonderful staff was the location. It’s in the heart of cartagena. It is a very busy area but it’s still seemingly quiet. There are restaurants a few feet away in every direction and many places to explore.
