"I appreciated that Koena Spa was attached to the hotel. After a day of relaxation, it was nice to know that we can walk right up to our room instead of driving away in our car.
The restaurants were great! The food was delicious and again convenient that both were located in the hotel.
Their gym was amazing and had many different machines and exercise equipment to work on. It even has a kinesiologist on site!

"Personnel serviable et souriant. L’hôtel est situé à quelques minutes des principaux attrait mais dans un quartier plus ou moins recommandable (sale et beaucoup d’itinérance). Les fenêtres ne sont pas bien insonorisé, nous entendons très bien les véhicules à l’extérieur (boulevard très achalandé) nous entendu on aussi très bien les enfants de la chambre d’à côté. De plus le stationnement est assez dispendieux (près de 40$ la nuit avec les taxes). Sinon l’hôtel est impeccable et la chambre extra."

The entire first floor of the property is undergoing renovation so the hotel entrance is dusty and the lobby is not elegant or welcoming in its present state. "Fantastic hotel. Front desk is helpful and friendly. Easy check in. Rooms are spacious and clean. The earplugs on the nightstand is a nice touch. My only complaint and it's a very small one is that after a late night out we had to knock on the door to be let back in. I appreciate the added security but there should be a card reader. Besides that everything was 5 star!"
