"El servicio del personal tiene un estilo más occidental, similar al que uno podría encontrar en Estados Unidos. Si bien fueron correctos y cumplieron con lo necesario, la atención se sintió distinta a la calidez y hospitalidad tan característica de otros hoteles en Japón, donde el trato suele ser especialmente atento y detallista. No es algo negativo, simplemente una experiencia diferente a la que veníamos percibiendo en otros lugares."
