"Friendly staff, especially the very helpful Ama on reception. Our room was upgraded for free as there wasn't any standard doubles left by the time we arrived so that was a very nice touch. Check out was 12 noon so you had plenty of time for breakfast and freshen up before leaving. There was a fabulous array of breakfast buffet food to suit all. If I'm a little picky the cooked breakfast could have been a little warmer. Overall, a modern, friendly, clean hotel right in the heart of London about a 5 minute walk from the tube station."

Was only advised in the email after the cancelation date passed. A bit of a bait and switch. Great place for the room and adults / artists but not really for families looking to use the pool at the end of a day when the kids have had enough walking and just want to chill out too."
