"Room very clean excellent facilties however there were 3 steps up to first level which wasnt explained clearly on check in ..could have been a problem for some . food and bar quite expensive. Breakfast wasnt explained how or what to do.. just told to take a seat anywhere. Had to ask for cindiments which were brought to table and for extra sugar for tea ."

"The room was very good, clean and tidy. Good tea and coffee facilities. Good food down in the restaurant and excellent service by staff! The only thing that let it down slightly was the bathroom which was in need of a refurbishment as wood has been used to trim the base of the shower and it was warped and blackened from the water/steam. Other than that it was a fantastic stay."
