"The location of the Gracery Ginza is very ideal. It’s close to the main Ginza road and near enough to multiple train and metro stations. I do wish there was a convenience store closer but it’s a minor detail. We weren’t informed that there was a complimentary coffee station in the lobby and microwave. We discovered it when we were checking out. Other than that, the rooms were exactly a described - small but it did the job. I love that there were 4 pillows!"
