"Nice and convenient to downtown area. Rooms clean and condition of hotel was very good. Staff could use some customer service training. Two staff members were engaged in a personal conversation while I stood at the front desk waiting for them to finish, so I could ask them a question. The same thing happened in the lobby restaurant/bar area. They seemed more interested in talking to each other than waiting on their customers."

"Nice property to stay as far as the hotel goes. Dinning options weren’t the best but will do. As far as the casino we have never been to a casino that we didn’t win something. May not come out ahead of course but this one nothing after 3 days of playing. There were no bells going off on the machines meaning no one was winning any money that we seen. "

"I enjoyed the Spa area, however the Monarch website could use some updates to be more clear about HOW to reserve a "Day Pass" and the cost of it. Also, I was woken up at 8:45am by a loud doorbell noise in my room. I thought it might be a fire alarm? Turns out housekeeping was checking to see if I was there... I was jolted awake from a deep sleep unfortunately, on my vacation."

"Nice amenities such as the rooftop pool with the bar and towels. The 24 hour gym facilities could offer much more and remove that carpet. Gym areas do not need carpet. The front desk almost never answers the phone which is annoying if you need valet to prepare and bring the car around before you make your way downstairs otherwise your waiting about 10-15 minutes for your car. Hotel was clean, but there were not many trashcans nor any recyle bins which they REALLY need in the public areas. If...
