"Cet hôtel est dans un état de délabrement avancé. Des odeurs de sanitaires dans la salle de bains qui se répandent dans la chambre. Une odeur de "vieux" dans la chambre. Obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte toute la journée. Porte de la chambre systématiquement bloquée, nécessitant une forte poussée pour réussir à l'ouvrir. Petit déjeuner peu diversifié : pâtisserie et charcuterie, c'est tout !
Je déconseille fortement, il y a beaucoup mieux à Palerme, et surtout beaucoup plus proche du centre...

"Good, clean hotel but not updated. Not a very nice location: you have to walk/drive around 10/12 blocks through a not nice neighborhood to get to a street where there is restaurants and shopping. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but we did not use it. Breakfast was ok. Has a nice view from the top floor where breakfast is served, and also from the top floor pool."

Le camere piccole e non recenti, con spazi davvero limitati. Molto gentile il personale delle pulizie.
La location della struttura non permette di muoversi da essa, perciò dopo 3 giorni ci si sente come in gabbia, con l’unica possibilità di andare in piscina. Le spiagge sono lontane e inaccessibili (Aciddara sporca e piena di immondizia).

"If you’re looking for a 4-star hotel then do not chose this one. Moldy showers, air vents that haven’t been cleaned in years, and the staff was absolutely not helpful to us whatsoever. One of the staff members didn’t know I was fluent in Italian and spoke very poorly about us. Refused a refund when we asked the minimum we arrived. Definitely not worth it and very very false advertisement."
"Good hotel with an impressive rooftop view and lovely room. Gym was not available when we arrived in the evening and in the morning at 8.00 I was told it is closed because guests are still sleeping. Super disappointed that I couldn’t use the gym and staff were not helpful in making any arrangements. Opening times are not available online nor on the gym door so I found myself twice in front of a locked door ready to workout."
