"Rooms were outdated, carpets had stains, and the overall atmosphere felt very dark. I honestly think my room was beside the boiler room because it was extremely noisy and not the experience I expected at all. Room service was disappointing — food arrived in paper containers with plastic cutlery in a bag, almost like an Uber delivery, which didn’t match the additional service fees being charged. The kids club was also a huge letdown, with most of the games broken. Definitely not worth the $600 spent for one night. I could have stayed at a much better hotel for that price."

"So this is our second time staying here in the last month. To be honest with you I booked it the second time because we were fairly happy with our first day, but one of the things that kind of rubbed me the wrong way the second time around doesn’t sound like a big they give you water in your room, but they only give you one bottle and then any other water you have to buy yourself . Now this isn’t a big deal but little things matter. You th this beautiful hotel that I spent over $40o a night for and mind you I stayed two nights at when I asked the front desk for if we can have a couple bottles of water they told me I have to pay for it. This kind of rubbed me the wrong way so much in fact that I probably would consider not staying here again because of it. It’s the little things that make a huge difference For a $.25 bottle of water, they left such a horrible taste in my mouth but other than that the hotel is beautiful and it’s fantastic. It’s very clean very new and the breakfast is delicious. The head chef is fantastic and the staff for the most part are very friendly and nice, but honestly little things like this travelling a lot to different hotels for business and pleasure little like things like that should not even be an issue. Give me a break. Somebody staying for two nights have spent quite a bit of money to stay there and you’re asking them for money for a Walmart brand bottle of water are we serious and yes, it was a really cheap bottle of water.😂"

"This is our favourite stay in Toronto! It is in a great walkable location and we love the decor and simplicity of this hotel. Parking is an added bonus as is the cafe within the hotel. Highly reccomend - have stayed here multiple times and will continue to book."
