"Very clean and quiet with lovely staff especially Jay! He was there when we were there 2 years ago so it was lovely to see him still working there and always friendly and professional with a smile. Housekeeping need work as we waited for them to replenish our loo rolls, tissues and also the shower gel and shampoo for 3 days but they never did for the shower gel and shampoo! Curtain is old so it did let in light and woke up at 5ish each morning. "

"Found a gem with this one !! Gorgeous boutique hotel where the staff have all run off and abandoned the place so you can stay at a sensible price. This is now my no1 place to stay when travelling to the IOW (and that’s without using the sauna and hot tubs.) Steve and Mubi are great hosts and are doing a great job in covering for the missing staff ?? "

"Our second stay in this group of Boutique Hotels, and we were given a complimentary upgrade which was amazing!. The group of hotels have a small number of rooms, which makes them ideal for a quiet stay and the rooms are lovely and comfy. We had breakfast included which was nice and as part of their chain there is a local pub just up the road to have a meal in, should you choose. We had Sunday dinner there was lovely. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and helpful, overall 5 stars all day...

"Bit noisy outside during the night but we didn’t realise the window was ajar, which probably didn’t help! Room was lovely. Great views. Bed very comfortable "
