"We stayed one night at the beautiful little hotel. Our room although not large was perfect. Bathroom was good, nice hit water. The staff were lovely. There were a few restaurants and pubs close by if you didn't want to eat at the hotel. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is well located in a busy modern designer precinct and close by to the Old Historic Port of Portsmouth. The room was more than adequate for our needs with one exception. The room was a double for two people occupancy, but only one chair provided. However, no different to other hotels we have stayed in. Maybe one day the hotels will realise that both occupants require to sit down. The staff were excellent, very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Even pointed out which restaurants, in the area offered discount to guests of the hotel. The breakfast, which was included in the price of the room was excellent. Although a buffet, it had a very varied range to suit most diners and appetites "

"The first room we were given was smelly. We went to reception and was given another room straight away that was clean and comfortable. Lots of stairs Not easy to see the frontage only a double black door with the name above. There is an Italian restaurant next door "

"Phenomenal location! Although my room overlooked the waterfront and its busy street, the room was remarkably quiet! Still not sure how that worked... Everything was great, and Portsmouth might be my favorite city in England so far! Would absolutely like to return, and Ship Leopard would definitely be my first choice for accommodations."
