"Front desk staff were excellent. Location is close to shops and restaurants but just enough distance that it’s quiet. We had a nice spacious room, and beds were comfortable. Having parking in such a busy town was a huge benefit. We would stay again. "

We needed to visited a few places in town and the receptionist Rebecca was excellent and rang the taxi rank and mentioned all our destination's and made it so easy for us, we also dined in the bar and it was so tasty, room 401 was spacious and the staff. We’re so kind even at breakfast. would stay here again 100%, felt like a home from home, when back to Galway - Angela 🌻"

"Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and very tasty. Hotel room was clean, good amount of space and the bathroom was of a good size for a family. The Swimming Pool being attached to it is a godsend and it was great to get in there. It's busier in the evening than the morning, but theres a lifeguard and things for the kids to use in there as well. "We enjoyed our three night stay at The Twelve hotel in Barna. We decided to try staying outside of Galway and used bus and taxi to get in and out of town. The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious (we had a King suite). The morning breakfast was excellent. While Barna was not particularly walkable, we were able to take the city bus both into Galway to explore the city and take an excursion to the Cliffs of Moher, as well as to the ferrys to Aran Islands.
