"Great central location right next a main tram station, which surprisingly wasn't very noisy. Good quality and variety in the breakfast selections. Our room was spacious, but had weird tripping-hazard steps to the terrace next to the bed. The terrace had a nice view when standing up, but it had us looking at a blank, solid wall when sitting down, as the "railing" was not see-through."

"Hôtel vieillissant - trace de peinture au sol de la salle de bain - rideau mal accroché - le chrome de la fermeture de la baignoire à moitié parti - papier WC de mauvaise qualité (on voit à travers) - en pleine canicule la salle d’eau est juste intenable (trop chaud) - et on aurais aimé par cette canicule une petite bouteille / carafe d’eau fraîche gratuite dans la chambre à notre arrivée (il faut aller dans le hall pour avoir cela…). Sinon tres bien situé pour accéder au centre ville"

"Excellent service, friendly staff. Very informative and goes out of one’s way to assist. Property provides in lobby coffee maker with all sorts of hot drinks and even flat or sparkling water. Centrally located to everything one needs to see. Very happy with our stay."

"Disappointing stay. The 2 out of 3 elevators didn’t work the whole 5 nights that we were there, including 0 elevators working one night. AC in our room was rubbish. We were staying there for our wedding - no gesture from the hotel. The morning of our wedding, at 6 am, false fire alarm goes off - again no gesture from the hotel. Even at the checkout the staff didn’t ask us if everything went well. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience."
