Everyone there was very polite, their food was pretty decent. Even though everyone’s English was very good they were delighted that I spoke some Portuguese to them. Overall very positive stay. My only take away was the construction noise near by and the planes flying overhead.

We stayed for 2 days after our cruise. We arrive early. Front desk was welcoming and offered us an available room. We declined and said we’d wait for our reserved room on the upper floor. We toured Lisbon and returned to Lumen in the mid afternoon. Here’s when the service was exceptional. Front desk was friendly; offered us breakfast at 10 euros and a 30% restaurant discount. The bell boy took our luggage up, explained the various room switches, offered to get us extra coffee/tea/water. The...

Leandro, the doorman was always willing to help guest while opening the door with a welcome smile. In the front desk, Carlos do whatever he could to satisfies our needs. The room was always clean and with useful accesories in the bathroom. The bar is cozy and the drinkd good.

Nice clean property with friendly and helpful staff. Everyone spoke English well which was much appreciated.

Excellent hotel, very clean and new. Very good sound isolation so rooms are quiet. Good Windows too that do a great job blocking out some of the plane flyovers and vehicle flowcan occur in the neighborhood. Very good location, right in front of the Metro stop. On top of it all the breakfast is very good.

We loved are stay at your hotel, the room was clean, airy and nicely decorated, everything was in walking distance, we would definitely come back

We really enjoyed our stay at Altis Prime Apartments for the below reasons: - Perfect suite with kitchenetette, clean, furbished with good taste and with nice amenities (wardrobes etc.) - Spa from hotel Altis (1 mn walking distance) - Safe and central location, in an area full of trendy shops and restaurants, walking distance from the main points of interest - Very professionnal and friendly staff We would definitely be glad to stay there again!

Very classy and comfortable hotel. The staff was excellent, particularly the Guest Service Manager Pedro Falcao.

good breakfast; friendly staffs. convenient location very close to Metro station, Tram, bus stops

Absolutely love this place, the people, and the location. You walk down a nice hill from the airport to get there! Where else would you want?

We stayed 9 nights in this extraordinary hotel in the heart of Lisbon. First, this 35 room hotel has been entirely restored to its original Art Deco form, including cork floors in the room, beautiful marquetry floors in the lobby, elegant furniture and art work in the lobby and bar. Also the sleek, elegant Art Deco door handles (that are beautiful but not so easily grasped). There is a spectacular breakfast every morning, including traditional Portuguese staples like sardines in olive oil...

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, nice mini bar supplies, close to everything. Great advice for food locations. Would definitely go back.

The hotel is about a 15min walk to old town 25 min walk to beginning of Alfama. Its on Lisbon’s fancy boulevard with high end stores. The hotel is quiet and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable quilet stay.

This was easily the best hotel we have stayed at around the world for service. Everything else was top notch as well. Ricardo and Leonel helped us with dinner reservations and transportation. Their recommendations made our anniversary stay unbelievable and something we'll never forget. I truly am appreciative of their service. The food was excellent at the hotel and staff in the dining hall was outstanding. The location was amazing as you can walk right around the corner and be in the history...

Hotel is in the prime location, lot of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Staffs were amazing.

this hotel was perfect in every way , excellent location very clean and modern rooms in a 300 year old building . our room looked over a very busy street with a view of the famous arch . the street lined with restaurants was noisy with the window open but once closed we could not hear anything . very nice breakfast and the front desk people were very helpful and freindly . will stay here next visit
