"Brilliant location, friendly and warm staff, highly recommend the property."

"We booked this property with intention of having dinner the night we arrived. Unfortunately, without any prior notice from the hotel or from Expedia, we were told that the restaurant was closed for dinner, but that breakfast would be served as normal in the morning. The owners, however, were very helpful to suggest an alternative restaurant within a couple of minutes walking distance where we were able to have a pleasant dinner."

"Exceptional location, excellent thermal spa, great restaurant, a total relaxing and beautiful place."

"Clean room and friendly staff"

"Amazing location and staff. It’s a 40’ drive to the termi di Saturnia. It’s worth paying the spa at the termi. "

"Beautiful old charm building."

"The smaller, children, pool is further away and down many stairs. There are many comfortable seats by the main pool. I wish the main pool had a variation in depth.Breakfast is heavenly. All the staff we encountered were very friendly."

"Very nice and cozy hotel . The lady who checked us in and out was fantastic"

"Great place to visit, goo friendly services."

We have accessed 3 campsites with mobile homes on this trip and this van was the most expensive with the least quality. Attention to detail was poor for the price we paid"

"Beautiful property and friendly staff good breakfast "

"Nice, clean room with excellent staff "
