"The initial room I got had a great view, but had a terrible smell. So the staff gave us another room. That room had no view and the climate control was not working properly. So, they gave us a different room which was beautiful, but lacked a view. Overall, the staff did a fantastic job of mitigating the situation."

"Before I arrived, I had already checked in and paid a deposit. However, when I arrived, they had some trouble fetching my information. Hence, I would not recommend others to do the pre-checkin. Some people were waiting for the laundry machines, but the hotel provides dry cleaning as well. The staff were pretty helpful."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was spotless. I had a very comfortable stay and slept soundly."

"The pub below was nice to have and the rooms were clean. They were able to hold our bags for us when we got there and when we left with no extra charge. Our room was ready when we got there thanks to the online checking in. Check out was easy and there was almost always someone at the front desk. The only thing I didn’t like was no exhaust in the bathroom so it made the room hot, but we just turned the temp down."
